From porous-media equations to enterprise cloud commitments — a career built on making complex systems legible.

I am a data storyteller and cloud strategist at Bosch Digital, where I work in the Cloud Center of Excellence on enterprise agreements, marketplace operations, and the commercial side of public cloud at group level. Before that I spent nearly a decade at Bosch Power Tools building AI and cloud capability for supply chain — including a production demand-forecasting product used in daily planning.

My path is unconventional: a doctorate in theoretical physics, years in banking and consulting, then product and capability leadership in industry. That mix shapes how I work — rigorous with models and assumptions, impatient with dashboards that do not change decisions, and focused on the narrative that helps executives and engineers align.

Colleagues describe me as a “data whisperer”: someone who finds the story in the numbers and helps teams move from opinion to evidence. I care as much about developing people as about the analysis itself.

Data storytelling & decision science

Translating large, messy datasets into clear narratives for negotiations, steering committees, and product roadmaps. I build the analytical spine that turns “we think” into “we know” — and make trade-offs explicit when uncertainty remains.

Enterprise cloud & commercial strategy

Long-range public cloud demand planning, hyperscaler relationships, and enterprise agreements across AWS, Azure, and GCP. I connect finance, procurement, architecture, and business units so cloud commitments reflect real workload trajectories — not spreadsheet fiction.

AI, forecasting & supply chain

End-to-end ownership of analytics products: vision, team, cloud architecture, and adoption. At Bosch Power Tools I led the AI/cloud agenda for supply chain and shipped forecasting capability that improved availability and reduced cost.

Leadership & enablement

Capability building, mentoring, and agile product thinking. I teach the “why” behind the numbers, coach analysts and product owners, and create environments where specialists collaborate across business and engineering boundaries.
